AT&T RUNNERS
Perspective on WMA. With WMA you are comparing yourself to the world record for the same age and gender.15% of the US population run or jog. That puts you in the 85th percentile.

Less than one percent of the US population has run a half or a full marathon in the last few years. All of the AT&T 5K runners this weekend have also run at least a half marathon. That puts every AT&T runner listed below in the 99th percentile!

The AT&T Running Club finished 3rd, 2nd and 4th at the Flying Pig Marathon in the Marathon, Half and 5K respectively in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 3–4, 2025. This was the 40th USCAA National Marathon Championship.

The 10-member AT&T team came from 5 states and competed against five other teams - Texas Instruments, GE, Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen Hamilton and Boeing.

More than 21,000 runners competed in the Flying Pig events over the weekend. AT&T had some excellent results. There was great camaraderie and team spirit as the team included a wide range of employees from VPs to first level managers as well as retirees. The team wore AT&T shirts with large logos and were like moving billboards before thousands of spectators.
